I earned my master degree from Marmara University's Bioengineering Department in 2017. During my master study, I investigated the allosteric features of caspase-3 and -7 proteins applying perturbations via molecular dynamics simulations. I wrote a python script that oversees the whole computational procedure which prepares structures, runs simulations, calculates energy changes and constructs the allosteric network. I also worked as a researcher in a TUBITAK project ("Dynamic Characterization of HLA Proteins 2013-2015 TUBITAK-113M292) and a project funded by Marmara University Scientific Research Projects Unit which is a continuation study of my MSc Thesis ("Dinamik Simülasyon Bazlı Sarsım Yöntemi ile Protein İçi Sinyal İletim Mekanizmasının Karakterizasyonu" 2016 Marmara Ünivesitesi Bilimsel Araştırma Projesi, Fen-A-100616-0273).

Although my thesis and project topics are predominant in structural bioinformatic field, my undergraduate education also cover genetic engineering topics.
