I am currently a Master's degree student in the Department of Bioengineering at Marmara University. My research focuses on applying atomistic molecular simulation methods to complex problems in biology and human health, with an emphasis on computer-aided drug design. My undergraduate work was carried out at Okan University, Istanbul, where I contributed to the application of the Hidden Markov Model for antibiotics resistance. Now, I am currently interested in allosteric proteins and their conformational dynamics in my ongoing Master process.
