Mustafa Erhan ÖZER, MSc

I completed my bachelor degree in department of Genetics and Bioengineering from Yeditepe University. As for master degree, I completed Biotechnology Graduate Program from Yeditepe University. In the first year of my master degree, I studied on breast cancer development and applied mice surgical operations. In my second year, I studied on microarray transcriptomic data analysis and mathematical modelling of fungal biomass change. Currently, I am a PhD student in department of Bioengineering at Marmara University. I am studying on protein dynamics and development of cancer tissue classification algorithms based on supervised machine learning.
